We like to think that Safe and Sound Property Inspections is the best company offering building and pest inspections Melbourne has to offer, but we know that sometimes our customers may have some ideas on how we can improve. Whilst other companies get offended if you tell them that their service isn’t up to scratch, we would rather that you tell us what you didn’t like and let us know how we could do it better. When you’ve been doing your job for as long as we have, it can be difficult to think of new ideas when we’re so used to the old ones. We’d love to hear what you think! Whilst your messages of thanks and testimonials are hugely appreciated, we want you to come back time and time again, so if there’s anything making you feel that you wouldn’t want to do that, just let us know.
